Welcome to our website, we are just a bunch of ordinary working class lads who mainly play together at Gorleston Golf Club at weekends and midweek stablefords.

A few years back, Alan Crosswell wanted to do something different for his birthday, a Sunday Driver special was booked and the BIG Bird Golf Society was born.

The last 5 years have been extended to 2 nights and 3 days which has proven quite popular and improved the golf due to the lads not cramming all the drinking into one night.

2009 Bigbird Winner Reggie, winner at Abbottsley in Cambs, great clubhouse and drinking facilities but only one half decent course.	2014 Belfry/Forest of Arden Winner Young Joe from Belfast receiving the winners trophy from Lee, well done to Joe who also won the who could drink most and still play golf award.
